you plain suck. I want to buy the Kindle DX in Germany with german warranty, german power connector, german language, german ebooks in german amazon.de etc. Come on, it's your chance now. I bet tens of thousands of people would buy it. At least. Hurry up, you're late, in 6 months it'll be to late for germany, other companies will offer newer, better, cheaper products with less silly restrictions like "Buy in the USA, pay toll and tax and whatever and get a US power adapter...
